My Family History
Lead time is 6 months to a year for full restorations and all orders are prepaid, the reason for prepaid orders is that people fall on hard times and they also decide at times that they really didn't want the clock in the first place after 40+ years I have heard it all and seen it all, My time and money is hard earned and parts cost money, Therefore I'm not going to be out one dime because you changed your mind, you are entering into a contract which is legally binding and so is my warranty in some states it is called thief of services, hence all services are prepaid, most places on the net are going this route now. - I run a old fashion business here, I do not drink or take drugs - pretty straight forward.
All Orders that I service have a warranty - the best around and that is a Promise I stand behind my work. - which will be covered before we take any work in from you, I'm a one man operation here and do not have time for chatting or social media , I have way to much work to do.
I also care for my 90 year old aunt and our wonderful Maltese
who has bad medical issues and requires a lot of care, She lives with
Cushing's and not only do I cook and clean for my aunt, I also have to cook
fresh meals for our dog and with that being said :
I have little time to chat with all the repairs I do.
I will call you when your clock is finished, please do not call me
everyday or every week. I'm at this 7 days a week,
I never take a day off and Due to my dogs medications I never sleep in

I also do not and will not teach you how to fix your own clock, I worked to hard all my life studying to give away my services, I help you with packing and unpacking and setting up your clock., I will have Skype or other services shortly, I walk you through everything.
I also make house calls to service your Grandfather clocks , here in Florida Only, I can tell you how to take your movement out and set it back up after service , I do not bring your whole clock here for rebuild unless you need case work done.
Florida Sales Tax does apply unless you provide a Current Sales exempt Id in your name, and yes everyone gets paper work to print off on mail ins and paper to those who I service here in Florida - I run a straight forward business. I won't risk everything I worked for to save you a few dollars.
Also this is my personal cell phone number - I can not answer every time due to running a lathe - making diner - shopping for my Aunt who is wheel chair bound most of the time. Yes I'm just a normal hard working guy.
I can translate anything thanks to google translator systems that I use { Thank you Google } via email only - Phone calls and text messages are in English only
