Company Information and photos : Bombing raid on the Kirschen chisel forge. In 1943, the upper section of the factory building, which housed part of the forge, was bombed and partially destroyed. Thousands of chisel blanks lay scattered on the ground, and men in suits rebuilt the structure. A severe blow for the quality manufacturer.
